If I ever shared my feelings of boredom with you, please smack some sense into me! The anticipation nearly killed me as I prepared to start what I like to call, two part-time “full-time” jobs. Meanwhile, the girls were thoroughly enjoying the company of friends and family.
The girls had a few firsts this month, including going topless at a public library event and eating sushi. Their half-day preschool classes are spectacular! We have all been blessed with wonderful teachers in Mrs. Marsha, Mrs. Rochelle, Ms. Teisha, and Mrs. LeeAnn. I’m loving that they both have enough hair for pigtails and pony tails!
Luciana has stuck with her love of mess making, painting and makeup! This month however, she added “cleaning up” and playing with bitty babies (or anything smaller than she is) to her list of favorite things. She spends lots of time with her best buddy Charlotte, the primarily incoherent conversations they have with one another are completely adorable! Her favorite song to sing this month was “Happy Birthday” and she got to practice a lot.
Cami has thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish play dates and her imagination is running wild these days thanks to some quality time with her good friend and big girl Laela. She’s even tall enough to ride her first ride at Legoland Atlanta! She’s decided that nightgowns are the only appropriate bedtime attire and school clothes can ONLY be skirts or dresses. Pants are out… But my most favorite memory from thiso month has to be the shoulder shrug and her fascination with opposites!
They loved celebrating Charlotte’s 2nd birthday bash with everything Minnie, Jonathan’s 30th at Piedmont Park, Mathias’ 5th at Legoland, Nico’s 3rd by the pool, and a combined birthday for Grandy and Millie before she ran off to explore the west coast!
